A major component of the services offered through the service department, this program serves the entire county promoting health and well being of 3297 individual older adults and enhances their ability to remain independent. 56,744 meals were served to 4 different sites in Cleveland County during the year. meals on Wheels served 27,962 church wagon (boxed meals) served 3,899 and congregate 24,889. In addition to the above the Neal Center kitchen served approximately 75 people per day in the dining room plus, 19 special events, seasonal and Friday night dances.
