Direct access to a diversity of programs assures that needed services are available for at-risk persons directly or with information and referrals. 2665 documented individuals were served in the following programs in past years with many others waiting to be served.

 Information Referral and Case Management answer questions and provides access to needed services.

 Satellite Center in Upper Cleveland County

 Incontinence supplies and nutritional supplements

 SHIIP (Seniors health Insurance Information Program) Trained counselors provide insurance counseling.  Support Groups are available for men and women.

 Telephone Reassurance for homebound

 Home delivered meals

 Income tax assistance available January-April

 Medical equipment loans

 Assistance with utility payments

 Home repairs and safety devices available

 Legal Services

 Food pantry/commodities

 Transportation for groceries and medical

 Housekeeping assistance
